Manifests
alike papers, blank sheets of paper were thrown in an action at Alt-Erlaa
Vienna complex as a simple gesture questioning the meaning of resistance. Everyone
in Romania, during communist years was taught at school in the history classes
about these illegalist actions happening in the times before 1945. There were these naratives about socialists
launching and distributing manifests in illegality. Later, in communism,
one of the ways to criticize and resist the system was to distribute or throw manifests.
We decided to question this act in capitalism, to do this action in the context of the utopian
architecture complex.
