We followed online images and live streams from Tahrir Square in Cairo during the Egyptian Revolution. These events reminded us, in some ways, of the demonstrations we witnessed in Bucharest in ’89–’90, as well as other occupy movements and revolts that have taken place before and after, across the world, in which people act and struggle to imagine possibilities for change. This installation can be interpreted as a metaphor for a fallen tent — waiting for someone to occupy it and continue this struggle.
